Important Shipping Deadlines:
December 30 , 2024: shipment leaving Cleveland, Ohio. Items to be shipped MUST arrive at the Cleveland warehouse no later than December 29, 2024.
January 3rd, 2025 shipment leaves New Jersey; scheduled to arrive in Sri Lanka approximately by February 20, 2025.
Unfortunately, considering the recent complications and delays with shipping, we cannot guarantee this shipment will arrive exactly by February 20th. We apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately the situation is beyond our control.
Convenient Shipping Process
We offer easy and affordable shipping from Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Cincinnati, Buffalo, Detroit, Fort Wayne and Chicago to Sri Lanka. If your city is not listed and is in the region, please call for a quote. We offer a flat shipping fee of $15 per cubic foot. PLEASE REMEMBER – boxes are just cardboard and are traveling by sea to the other side of the world! Pack carefully and follow the weight guidelines on your box. We cannot be responsible for items damaged during shipping.
There is no minimum shipping size, but the minimum charge will be for one cubic foot even if your box is smaller. There is no maximum shipping size. For pick-up services, your total cargo must measure 75 cubic feet minimum. If you have less than 75 cubic feet, we have a solution for you! We will send you a UPS label so you can ship directly to our warehouse in Cleveland at a discounted rate.
Please note: A $25 pick-up fee per box is assessed for locations outside of the Cleveland area ($35 for Chicago). Pickup fee for an oversized box (over 15 cubic feet, or over 150 lbs.) or a wood crate box starts at $60 ($70 for Chicago) – please call for a quote.
And of course, you can always drop off at our location free of charge, just be sure to let us know when you are coming.
ADDITIONAL SERVICE – CLEARANCE AND DOOR DELIVERY! Flat fee of Rs.6000 for the first box, Rs.1500 for each additional box. Colombo Express and customs charges paid by receiver as usual. Delivery charge variable depending on number of boxes and location. Call for a quote!

DP Distributing Enterprises is affiliated with Colombo Express to provide the best delivery experience to you. Once you hand over your shipment to us, we will provide you with the information you need to track your shipment. With our flat shipping fee and no weight or maximum size restrictions, it is convenient and easy to ship to Sri Lanka.
