How do I pay for the package?
Cash or checks are accepted.
Where should the recipient pick up the package?
We ship to two locations: Colombo and Kandy. If you are sending shipments to Kandy, there is an additional charge for transport.
What is the clearing procedure in Sri Lanka?
Since all of the shipments are “personal effects,” a consignee needs to be present.
If you need to authorize someone else to pick up the box, the designated person needs to have a notarized letter and National ID Card.
How will the recipient know when the package arrives?
We will send the recipient a notification upon the shipment’s arrival.
All the packages need to be clearly marked with the address and phone number of both the sender and recipient.
How will the recipient get the package?
The recipient needs to be there with his/her National ID Card or passport to clear it.
We have to issue a B/L with all the information regarding the shipment and, a copy of that B/L needs to be produced in Sri Lanka. The sender can scan and email a copy to recipient, also.
